Graytech Studio uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to operate and protect https://graytech.dev, support authorized paid-user sessions, and understand limited website usage.
On a normal visit to graytech.dev, Graytech does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Runtime inspection of the site in a production-like preview showed no cookies, local storage, or session storage created by a page visit alone before you interact with a form or deliberately start the AI receptionist demonstration.
Current cookies and storage
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Short-lived assessment session | Graytech (first party, in-page only) | A signed, short-lived session identifier held in the page while you complete the AI Readiness Assessment so your later answers can be attached to the record you started | Expires with the assessment session |
| __cf_bm | Cloudflare | Helps identify and manage automated traffic and protect the website and the demonstration provider | Approximately 30 minutes of inactivity |
| LeadConnector demonstration storage | GoHighLevel / LeadConnector | Loaded only after you select "Start the Demo" on the AI Receptionist Blueprint page. Observed items include a chat session identifier, conversation history, and language preference in browser local and session storage, plus a Cloudflare cookie set on the provider's own domain | Until you clear browser storage; provider-controlled |
Supabase authentication may use browser storage or similar technologies to maintain an authorized paid-user session. The exact storage item and duration depend on the authentication configuration.
The Graytech Concierge is a guided navigation panel. It does not set cookies, does not store a conversation, and does not call a third-party service.
Graytech does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, advertising cookies, or cross-site behavioral advertising.
Because no nonessential technology loads before a deliberate action, Graytech uses this concise notice rather than a consent banner. You may block or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking security, authentication, or session technologies may prevent parts of the website from working. Graytech will update this notice before adding materially different analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
