These terms apply to paid public workshops offered by Grayson Strategies, LLC, doing business as Graytech Studio ("Graytech"), unless an event page or signed private-workshop agreement states different terms.
Attendee cancellation
- If Graytech receives a written cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start, Graytech will refund the registration amount, less any payment-processing fee that the processor does not return to Graytech.
- If cancellation is received less than 24 hours before the scheduled start, the registration is nonrefundable. For a documented emergency or other reason Graytech accepts, Graytech may offer one transfer to a future equivalent workshop or a credit instead.
- A registrant who does not attend and does not cancel before the workshop is a no-show and is not entitled to a refund. Graytech may, in an exceptional circumstance, offer a partial credit in its discretion.
Attendee substitution and transfer
A registrant may request one attendee substitution for the same workshop by emailing support@graytech.dev at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. A transfer or credit has no cash value, may be limited to an equivalent event, must be used by the stated expiration date, and may not be transferred again unless Graytech agrees in writing.
Graytech cancellation
If Graytech cancels a workshop and does not provide it, the registrant may choose a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled or equivalent workshop. Graytech is not responsible for travel, lodging, lost work time, or other incidental costs.
Graytech rescheduling or material format change
If Graytech changes the workshop date, start time, or delivery format in a material way, Graytech will provide the new details and allow the registrant to accept the change, receive a credit, or request a refund. Minor agenda, speaker, room, or platform changes that do not materially reduce the workshop are not grounds for a refund.
Recordings and digital materials
A recording is available only when the event page expressly says the workshop will be recorded. Recording quality and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed. Access is personal to the registrant and may not be shared, copied, resold, published, or used to train an AI model or competing product without Graytech's written permission.
If a registrant receives and accesses an immediately available recording, workbook, template, course module, or other substantial digital material, the portion of the purchase reasonably attributable to that delivered material may be nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law and disclosed at checkout.
Attendees may not record a workshop without Graytech's written permission. Graytech will disclose before registration if attendee audio, video, name, chat, or participation may appear in a Graytech recording and will obtain any additional permission required.
Private team workshops
Private workshops are governed by the signed proposal, order form, or SOW. That agreement should address deposit, participant count, travel, rescheduling, cancellation windows, client materials, confidentiality, recording, and ownership. These public terms apply only if the signed agreement incorporates them.
How to request a cancellation or transfer
Email support@graytech.dev with the purchaser's name, event name and date, and transaction reference. A request is effective when Graytech receives it.
Legal rights
Graytech will honor refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived. Payment-processor procedures may also apply.
